Audrey Johnson LaCour

Funeral service for Audrey Johnson LaCour will be held 2 PM Sunday, December 12, 2010 in Blanchard St. Denis Chapel with Rev. James Foster officiating. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Cemetery at Natchitoches, La. Visitation will be Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 5 PM until 9 PM with a rosary at 7 PM and visitation on Sunday, December 12, 2010 from 8 AM until serviced time in the funeral home. Mrs. LaCour, 94, of Bermuda Community, La., died Friday, December 10, 2010, at Courtyard Of Natchitoches in Natchitoches, La. She was a native and lifelong resident of Natchitoches Parish, La. Mrs. LaCour was a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe Johnson and Lizzare Gongre Johnson; sisters, Mary Lestage and Lillie LaCour; great-great-grandchild, Hunter French. She is survived by her husband of 76 years, Joseph C. LaCour of Bermuda Community, La.; one daughter, Linda Burgess and husband Jerry of Shreveport, La.; four sons, Charles LaCour and wife Loraine of Natchitoches, La., Tommy LaCour and wife Ann of Texarkana, Tx.,, Joe Reed LaCour and wife Suzanne of Natchitoches, La., and Richard LaCour and wife Kathy of Natchitoches, La., nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and twenty four great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be John LaCour, Larry LaCour, Cody Honeycutt, Eben Cook, Jeff David, and Billy LaCour.
